2nd Annual Adult Spelling Bee Contest 11-10-2011

Troop 1411 was invited back by Crosby Huffman Chambers of Commerce to do the Flag ceremony and Pledge of Alligance. We were honored and accepted.

Barrett House Project October 15, 2011

When The Lions Club of Crosby asked if we could volunteer our time to help a woman in Barrett with a much need of home repairs. Troop 1411 jumped on the opportunity to help. It was an experience of a life time. The boys and some of our Parents volunteered their time to help. It was only to be a 3 hour service project, but some of the parents and their boys stayed longer to help. It was truly a feel good project. Hard work and the joy of fellowship with others doing a good turn. We are proud of our boys in Troop 1411. We plan on doing more projects like this in the future. Thanks to the Lions club for inviting us.

Health Fair August 12, 2011

The following Scouts David,Eric,JT,Travis,Trevor and Quinten. Helped and volunteered their time to help out our local commmunity.
Crosby Health Fair 2011. They collected can goods and helped setup tables. Soe scouts help serve lunch. All were very helpful and earned service hours.
